Currently, there are two pick-ups scheduled for the upcoming week. The first pick-up which will occur on August 25th has specific times assigned for families based on the first letter of their last names. The second pick-up time will occur on August 26th and it will be open to all families regardless of the last name. At the bottom of this message, you will find a detailed schedule for your convenience.
Before coming to your assigned pick-up, please take the time to familiarize yourself with the guidelines below. Our goal is to avoid excessive traffic and wait times while also maintaining the health and safety of the families and volunteers distributing the materials. Here are a few things you can do to make sure things go smoothly:
- Please enter the parking lot from Lincoln St. (preferably from the east side coming from Kemp St.) This will ensure that traffic is not held up in both directions.
- Please remain in your car at all times. Volunteers will be running the materials to your car and will hand them to you through the window or place them in your trunk if that is your preference.
- Please wear a mask for your protection and the protection of our volunteers. All physical distancing guidelines must be followed for the health and safety of everyone involved.
- If at all possible, please have the FULL NAME and GRADE LEVEL of your student written on a notecard or a piece of paper to avoid any miscommunication between you and the volunteers getting your materials. This will ensure that the line moves quickly so that we can serve as many families as possible.
